GENERAL RULES
• Registration Fee: The registration fee includes participation in meetings, issuance of a name badge, and a certificate of attendance. D Event Tourism reserves the right to adjust pricing in response to significant changes in the country’s economic conditions. Members of the association with outstanding membership dues will be charged the same registration fee as “Non-Member Specialists.
• All individuals attending scientific sessions as speakers or participants, as well as accompanying persons and industry representatives, are required to complete their registration.
• Participants who do not reserve accommodation at the congress hotel through the Organizing Secretariat and solely proceed with registration will be charged an “External Participant Fee” of 325 EUR +VAT for a 5-day facility usage, valid between 09:00 – 18:00, in addition to the registration fee.
• Taxes: A 20% VAT will be applied to the registration fees. D Event Tourism reserves the right to adjust prices to reflect any changes in tax regulations.
• Payments: Registration will be deemed valid only upon the submission of the bank receipt, confirming that the required payment has been made to the specified accounts, to the email address.

GENERAL RULES
The accommodation package includes a 5-night “all-inclusive” stay, starting with check-in on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, and concluding with check-out on Sunday, November 8, 2026.
• D Event Tourism reserves the right to adjust pricing in response to significant changes in the economic conditions of the country
• Taxes; The package prices include accommodation taxes; however, an additional 10% VAT will be applied. D Event Tourism reserves the right to adjust final pricing to reflect any changes in tax regulations. Accommodation fees are to be paid to the designated bank accounts of D Event. Invoices will be issued and sent following the conclusion of the event.
• Participants who opt not to reserve their accommodation at the congress hotel through the Organizing Secretariat, and instead register solely for the event, will be charged an “External Participant Fee” of 325 EUR + VAT for 5-day facility usage (09:00 – 18:00), in addition to the registration fee of 325 EUR + VAT for 5-day facility usage (09:00 – 18:00), in addition to the registration fee.
Accommodation fees will be incorporated into your budget based on the pricing for the specified period at the time of payment. Should payments remain incomplete by November 2, 2026, a surcharge of 20% over the rates applicable for the 2nd period will be applied.
Priority for accommodations at the Sueno Hotel, the primary venue for the congress, shall be granted to speakers and session chairs.
Accommodation requests must be submitted to kayitdevent@totbid2026.org  Booking confirmation will only occur following the approval of the submitted budget and the receipt of the bank payment documentation sent to D Event Tourism via email. Applications submitted solely with a bank receipt and without prior budget confirmation will not be considered valid.

 

TRANSFER

Round-trip transfers between the airport and the congress hotels will be at NO COST between November 3rd and 8th, 2026, for all participants who have finalized their accommodation bookings through D Event Tourism and have submitted their flight itineraries in advance. Any requests for modifications to transfer arrangements will be accommodated only if changes to flight details are communicated in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer.
